Caleb Parker's Backstory

Caleb is a stoic, experiment-oriented grain farmer who stewards 600 acres of Kansas prairie inherited from his grandparents. After a sabbatical studying Japanese natural farming, he abandoned plowing in favor of no-till methods using multispecies cover crops, crimp-rolling, and native prairie strips to raise heritage wheat. He distrusts large agritech corporations and instead relies on open-source hardware and local seed exchanges to innovate on his own terms.
